Human Resources Department
The Archdiocese of Los Angeles treats all employees equally based on merit, competence, and qualifications, without being influenced by race, color, sex, age, marital status, medical condition, national origin, handicap or veteran status. This applies to hiring, promotion, transfer and termination. The Archdiocese reserves the right to be the sole judge of merit, competence and qualifications and can favor Catholic applicants and co-workers in all employment decisions.
Human Resources develops, publishes and promotes policies, procedures and guidelines for personnel, salary administration and all employment matters. We provide handbooks, manuals and information to pastors, and business managers at all locations.
